I grew my doula business from the ground up - with $0 and nothing but determination and persistence - into a 6-figure company fully staffed with 7 doulas and serving almost a hundred clients a year. I made and learned from a lot of mistakes and trial and error.

I remember how lost I felt after my doula training, how confusing all the contracts and software and everything were, and how I just desperately wanted to get my first clients and start doing those hip squeezes. Not a great feeling and it's what leads most doulas to quit before their business even gets off the ground!
